Tiger Tiger is a trading name of Tiger Tiger Interiors Ltd.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understand and agreed to these Terms and

Conditions.

If you are unhappy or unsure about any aspect of these Terms and Conditions then you should contact us at

Tiger Tiger before placing an order.

This web site, your use of our web site and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the

United Kingdom and under UK law. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

A contract between the customer and Tiger Tiger (Interiors Ltd) for the sale of our products will only exist

once an order has been accepted, processed (at which point the buyers credit card will be charged for the

value of the goods dispatched, plus postage) dispatched and the goods have been received.

In rare cases, prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The web site uses a live

stock method which displays the status of stock, Available in stock, Low stock and Awaiting Stock, these

statements are not a guarantee of the stock situation, for an accurate stock figure please feel free to contact

us prior to placing an order. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please refer to delivery details

as described below.

Your Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (Once accepted by us) for any reason, up to the point of dispatch.

Guarantee

At Tiger Tiger we are committed to providing an excellent service. If you are not entirely happy, please email

us with your comments, and we will do all we can for you. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 48

hours. Returning items under this guarantee is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please see our returns

policy below.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your Tiger Tiger items please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to

make an exchange or a refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the

original packaging. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

If the item is returned as faulty you will be refunded the shipping cost on proof of receipt.

When returning items we strongly recommend you send them via registered mail and ensure you have

sufficient insurance cover. Please make sure your returned item is well packaged as Tiger Tiger will not be

held responsible for any goods damaged in transit. Tiger Tiger will not be held responsible for items lost in

transit, all returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received at Tiger Tiger. If a return is lost it

is up to the person who sent the goods to recover any costs.

Returns Procedure

1. Please email customerservices@tigertigershop.co.uk for a returns number and returns form.

2. Fill in the returns form and return it with your item following the instructions in our policy above.

3. When the returned product has been received at Tiger Tiger we will process your returned item according

to your returns request.

4. Please note that we do not accept web site returns via our high street shops, please follow steps above.

Payment & Taxes

We accept on-line payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. Our orders are processed by

Globecharge which means that all credit card and personal details are encrypted at the point of order

submission.

We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

All our transactions are shown in £ Sterling as we, at the moment, only accept orders from within the UK.

All prices quoted on the web site are accurate at the time published and are quoted in £ Sterling and

where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

UK Delivery

Please note: We currently only ship within the 'UK mainland & N Ireland'

Our Standard delivery is Monday to Friday only.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery, but is usually delivered quicker.

The delivery cost is charged and visible once a product has been added to your shopping basket.

If you require a different delivery then please contact us, before placing an order, to see if it is possible to

do so.

Standard Delivery cost is between £4.75 - £7.50 per delivery address, dependant on items ordered.

For all deliveries a signature may be required.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publishing.

However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any

responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software and settings and the computer used

by yourself.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law and except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence

on the part of Tiger Tiger (Interiors Ltd), it's directors or it's employees, Tiger Tiger (Interiors Ltd) shall not

be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at

common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or

damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on the

part of Tiger Tiger (Interiors Ltd), it's directors or employees) which arise out of or in connection with the use

of this web site.The supply of the products or in their use or resale by you, and the entire liability of Tiger Tiger

(Interiors Ltd) under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products, except as

expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or

any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relations to the products ordered by you, the delay or failure

was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

provided that you acknowledge us as the source of the material and that you inform the third party that these

On our Retro Furniture you can now reserve & collect from one of our high street shops, Newbury or Marlborough.

Just add quantity required and pay as a normal purchase and the item will be reserved and put aside for you to

be collected within 72 hrs. If not collected within this 72 hrs period the item will go back into our stock.

If there is a problem with this pick-up time please contact us and keep us informed.
